The Corporate Gifts market is a rapidly expanding channel, driven by companies seeking premium, customized products for employee recognition, client appreciation, promotional campaigns, holiday gifting, and event sponsorship. The ideal candidate will be a true new business seeker, leveraging their expertise and existing relationships to establish Matouk as a premier provider of luxury corporate gifting solutions. This role will have a direct impact on our strategic business development and marketing strategies within this new channel.

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience by managing and interacting with Sales Associates, retail customers, and consumers through chat, emails and phone calls. They are responsible for organizing and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The Customer Care Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as fulfillment, production, and finance. The ideal Associate will strive to build positive relationships with customers and provide prompt assistance and follow up to all inquiries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Support & Quality Specialist to manage back-office operations and lead Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives. This role is split between executing high-level administrative tasks and auditing the performance of our front-line Customer Care team. You will be responsible for ensuring that every phone, email, and chat interaction aligns with Matouk’s standards for luxury service, accuracy, and efficiency.

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, the International Account Executive will manage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities in global markets, and serve as an ambassador for the Matouk brand across international territories.

The Regional Sales Representative for the Florida and Caribbean market is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by strategically targeting and securing high-end contracts within the luxury hotel, resort, and boutique hospitality sector. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for design, a deep appreciation for textile quality, and proven success in presenting premium products to ownership groups, interior designers, and hotel operations executives. The representative will manage the entire sales lifecycle, focusing on bespoke solutions and long-term client partnerships across Florida's key luxury destinations.

The Maintenance and EHS Support Specialist is responsible for completing all administrative duties within the Maintenance and Environmental, Health, and Safety department. He/she is responsible for reviewing and assigning maintenance work orders, manually generating preventative maintenance tasks within the CMMS, and purchasing supplies, parts, components, and other various materials to support the department. The Maintenance and EHS Support Specialist strives to build a positive relationship with all internal stakeholders and works collaboratively to ensure inquiries, projects and tasks move forward in the most effective and efficient way possible, while following the “Beliefs in Action” statement of Matouk’s guiding principles.

Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role is designed for a very experienced HR professional with a deep footprint in the Greater Fall River or Southeastern Massachusetts business community. As a key member of the HR team, you will drive excellence across four core pillars: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and a champion for our workforce, following best-in-class HR practices.

The Team Lead is responsible for supervising production within the 2nd Shift Sewing Department by scheduling and distributing work, monitoring the quality of work being produced, and assisting in the manufacturing process where needed. This person is directly responsible for the quality of products being constructed in their designated area, and is expected to be readily available to assist employees throughout the department.
