How are monograms made at Matouk?

At Matouk, we combine techniques passed down through generations with modern embroidery technology. Our extensive library of monogram styles reflects this tradition, with each one embroidered with the precision and care that define Matouk.

When will my monogrammed product ship?

Most in-stock monogrammed products ship approximately two weeks after purchase. Oversized monograms, as well as monograms on sleep masks and sleepwear pockets, require 4–6 weeks before shipping. Out-of-stock items will ship approximately two weeks after they are back in stock; restock timing varies by item and typically ranges from 2–6 weeks.

Can I change or cancel my monogram order?

Monogrammed orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production. We may be able to make adjustments within one business day of placing your order. Please email customercare@matouk.com as soon as possible to see if changes can still be made.

Can I return my monogrammed product?

Monogrammed products are final sale and are not eligible for returns. If you experience an issue with your monogram, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

How can I check the status of my monogram order?
